My passion is to make sure every family I meet has all the resources they need to be successful in their journey when it comes to taking care of themselves and their loves ones. As a certified dementia specialist, I understand the challenges and I am there to ensure my clients are living their best possible life.
HERE IS MY STORY
Helping others is truly in my DNA, and my career path has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting those in need. I began my journey in the hospitality industry, where I honed my skills in customer service and developed a genuine passion for assisting others. However, everything changed when my family was struck by an unexpected tragedy. My father, just six weeks after retiring, was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident that left him with a traumatic brain injury. Over the course of eight months, he endured long periods in hospitals and rehab centers, grappling with cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges.
As I watched my mom become a caretaker, I learned that caregivers often find themselves overwhelmed, with many questions and limited time to explore their options. This experience ignited my passion for helping families navigate the often confusing healthcare system. I transitioned into working at Sunrise Assisted Living and Memory Care, where I found my true purpose engaging with seniors and supporting their caregivers. This experience deepened my understanding of the unique needs of families coping with aging and illness.
I later moved into the homecare industry, where I witnessed firsthand the struggles that families face when confronting situations they never imagined. Every family has its own story, and I made it my mission to provide the support, resources, and guidance needed to help them find the best solutions for their loved ones. This led me to create Graceful Aging Services, a company dedicated to helping families navigate the healthcare system with clarity, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights, options, and available resources.
Driven by a deep love for helping families in crisis, I also became a certified dementia specialist. I specialize in supporting families through the difficult transition of caring for a loved one with dementia, guiding them as they cope with the emotional, financial, and logistical challenges. My focus is on ensuring that all family members are aligned in their approach, and that the best possible decisions are made for their loved one’s well-being.
With a strong background in caregiving, crisis management, and healthcare navigation, my mission remains simple: to help families face some of life’s most challenging circumstances with dignity, respect, and clarity.
